Responsibilities:
Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners to understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products

Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.

Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate

Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities

Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.

Selling through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

What we are looking for:

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in channel sales, preferably within a CCTV product line
- Self-driven with the motivation to go the extra mile with a positive "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship-building relationship skills; you like to negotiate and to achieve targets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong software and new technology awareness
- Proficient with Salesforce
- You’re able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude
- Open-minded and can react to change with agility
- Entrepreneur mindset and are not afraid to take appropriate initiatives
- You are a quick and autonomous learner
- You are approachable, honest, and a fun team player

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
