**ROLE PURPOSE**
As the Manager - Product & Channel Marketing at Space42, you will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive the growth and visibility of our expansive product portfolio in the AI-powered space technology sector. Reporting to the Director - Marketing, you will drive key strategic marketing efforts to accelerate product adoption, increase revenue growth, and strengthen partner and channel relationships, ensuring successful product launches, effective market positioning, and exceptional customer engagement across Space42's innovative offerings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and campaigns to drive growth and client engagement for Space42’s extensive roster of solutions.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, identify key differentiators, and leverage data-driven analytics to provide deep insights into market challenges.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for marketing projects, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster collaboration and achieve marketing goals
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Craft compelling messaging, including impactful narratives, leadership proof points, and customer-centric value propositions, making a powerful case for our portfolio of solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects to translate complex technology into impactful marketing messages and stories that resonate with analysts, customers, and partners.
- Create and execute marketing business plans that align with organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Lead product launch initiatives, ensuring alignment across all channels to maximize market impact and demand generation.
- Stay connected with customer conversations through events, field engagements, and digital platforms, serving as an advocate for Space42 solutions.
- Drive partner and channel marketing initiatives, expanding market reach and revenue growth, and focusing on partner onboarding, enablement, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment of strategies that are mutually beneficial, and fostering complex partner relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
- Co-create marketing plans and campaigns with partners to amplify joint value propositions and enhance customer experiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to identify and leverage opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
Qualifications:
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- PMP or similar project management qualifications.
- Minimum 8 years of B2B Product & Channel Marketing experience, preferably within the ICT or AI-driven geospatial industry.
- Ability to develop client-centric messaging targeting buyer pain points with customized solutions.
- Expertise in crafting customer journeys and experiences across complex marketing funnels.
- Hands-on experience in partner/channel marketing, including partner onboarding and enablement.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and business plan creation.
**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- An MBA would be a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with proven project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate and influence.
- Experience in a similar dual-role environment where channel and product marketing converge.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating strong initiative.
