Launched in 2020, SIGNAUX fulfils the need to have a top-tier IT distribution partner based in the Gulf region for all comprehensive audio-visual requirements.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in the audio-visual industry to join our team. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with system integrators and AV/IT reseller partners, as well as generating leads from end users for all their AV requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of the audio-visual industry, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both partners and end users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the audio-visual industry.
- Identify and onboard system integrators and AV/IT reseller partners who are aligned with our company's goals and values.
- Train and educate channel partners on our products and solutions, including features, benefits, and selling techniques.
- Act as a trusted advisor to end users, understanding their AV requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations and end user companies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management roles within the audio-visual industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the audio-visual industry, including system integrators and AV/IT resellers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with leading audio-visual brands and products.
- Knowledge of AV/IT integration and installation processes.
