As we continue to grow, we are seeking a B2B Documentation Expert to join our team and streamline our business-to-business operations.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Documentation Management**:
- Create, maintain, and update documentation related to product catalogs, pricing, terms and conditions, and other B2B materials.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and industry standards
**Order Processing**:
- Facilitate the order processing workflow for B2B clients, including order entry, verification, and confirmation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
**Client Support**:
- Serve as the point of contact for B2B clients, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance related to documentation and orders.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct regular audits of B2B documentation and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
- Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and standards.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless B2B operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve B2B customer experiences.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B documentation management, preferably in the retail or mattress industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and document management software.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
