Pre Sales Associate-business Development

**As a Pre-Sales Associate** you are responsible for bridging the gap between the Customers and Sales Team, building the foundation for easier Sales. Building never ending relationships with new and existing customers via cold calling. Recognise prospects and fetch appointments for further business.
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
In this job role as a Pre Sales associate, you will be, end to end, responsible for finding the potential and prospect customers who can be converted into future customers. So, this is an individual contributor role. Your daily responsibilities will entail qualification of Leads (via various channels), by calling them and achieving the following:
- Engage in all stages of Pre sales lifecycle for calls, pre-bid demos.
- Briefing them about the 90+ My Tuition Classes.
- Generate interest in counseling sessions and being a trusted advisor to the customer's by establishing credibility.
- Setting up scheduled Demos or Online meetings of prospects with our Academic Counselors.
- You should be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers.
- Updating tasks/activities/ relevant information on various company platforms. (e.g. LS-CRM, reporting)
- Accountable for creating verified and good quality Lead Funnel for Academic Counselors.
- Timely, accurate administration & reporting (KPIs/KRAs, Plans, forecasts, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Business Acumen / Business Orientation skills to understand the dynamics of the market.
- Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas in order to find the prospect customers.
- Ability to understand products and position the right apps/solutions/platform to solve a business problem.
- Are “people-persons”, have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Skills to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Able to convince customers and generate need for the product.
- A strong sense of quality and attention to detail is a must
- Good coordination tasks among the team and hierarchies.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealing.
- Proactive self-starter.
- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Excel, CRM - LS etc
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Telesales/Edu Tech Sales: 1 year (preferred)
