Channel Sales Lead

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Channel Sales Lead to join our team in the
MENA region.
relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in the MENA region.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through channel partners
to achieve forecasted sales targets and revenue goals for the territory.
- Collaborate with partners on joint business plans, marketing strategies, and
sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports
to senior management.
- Training and Support:
- Provide support to channel partners on **S2MGT's **products, solutions, and
sales processes.
- Ensure partners have access to necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to
effectively sell **S2MGT's **solutions.
- Market Analysis and Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
within the MENA region.
- Develop a basic understanding of the competitive landscape and suggest
strategy adaptations accordingly.
- Assist in expanding **S2MGT's** presence and market share in the region
through effective partner engagement.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management,
and customer support, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for channel partners, addressing any issues,
concerns, or inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience (1-3 years) in channel sales, or partner management within the software
or technology industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and results-oriented
mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
