About the role
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join Hantec for the role of Client Engagement Manager to devise and manage the engagement strategy focusing on extending the client life cycle, value of clients and converting via automating leads into funded and trading accounts.
Your responsibilities:
- Partner with Marketing, Ops and Sales teams to analyse business and marketing data to identify key drivers and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-sell.
- Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Drive continued innovation in evolving marketing programs most effective at engaging global audiences at scale.
- Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan global and regional client offers and incentive programs to deliver ROI-positive results.
- Create optimal engagement and lifecycle strategies, offering the right products, features, and services to build trusted relationships and achieve Business Goals.
- Utilize robust data and insights to manage and optimize campaigns, ensuring the effectiveness of lifecycle strategies.
- Oversee the Life Cycle and Automation Platforms, including platform knowledge, processes.
- Collaborate with agencies and contractors (if needed) to produce impactful, customized content for different target audiences and communication types.
- Develop campaign measurement/KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of all executions and communications.
- Shift from a channel-centric to customer-centric operating model using an end-to-end digital customer lifecycle management approach that boosts customer satisfaction, reduces costs, and increases revenue.
**Profile**:
- You must have direct experience or have worked with either Celevrtap OR Braze OR Moengage (Marketing Cloud)
- 3+ years of experience in creating and executing customer lifecycles and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, or similar tools
- Comprehensive understanding of customer lifecycle management, from strategy to execution.
