**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Engagement Manager with 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, retail, e-commerce, and other B2C businesses.

This role is designed for individuals with senior position experience or a proven track record in team/product leadership. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for overseeing entire projects from initiation to completion, developing engagement storylines, controlling the quality of deliverables, and leading the consulting team and client communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and FJX's high standards.
- Develop the engagement storyline, conduct advanced strategic analysis, and shape the deliverables' narrative.
- Allocate responsibilities and delegate tasks effectively, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor the consulting team, setting tasks, and priorities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading communication efforts, and addressing any issues or conflicts that arise.
- Contribute to business development efforts, preparing high-quality marketing materials, leading sales meetings, and networking to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in project management, including planning, execution, risk management, and team coordination.
- Advanced skills in strategic analysis, presentation creation, and financial modeling.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of mentoring and developing team members, and leading client engagements.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make decisive decisions.
- Networking and business development skills, with a proven ability to build client relationships and contribute to the firm's growth.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, with exposure to retail, e-commerce, or similar B2C sectors.
- Experience in a senior position or demonstrated success in team or product leadership.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools.

**Education Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA) are highly advantageous.
