Restaurant Administrator/ HR

Job Overview:
Dynamic and versatile Restaurant Administrator to handle a mix of HR, recruitment, administrative tasks, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, contracts, and work permits.
- Track attendance, leaves, and payroll preparation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
- Create and update job descriptions as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure operational compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
- Monitor daily processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, and task follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage and organize critical business records and communications.
- Conduct periodic reviews of overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors as needed.
- Manage inventory records and oversee procurement processes.
- Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- F&B experience in restaurant administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- computer skills
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
