**Position Overview**: The HR cum Admin Officer will manage human resources functions and oversee administrative tasks, playing a crucial role in our operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen understanding of HR practices in the UAE, and the ability to handle various administrative responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Human Resources:_
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and performance evaluation processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE regulations.
- Address employee queries and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
- Organize training and development programs for staff.
- Administration:_
- Oversee office operations, including supplies management and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence and communication with external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist with budget planning and financial management related to office expenses.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Salary**:

- AED 2,000 per month

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
