HR Administrator

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Must have knowledge in UAE Labour Law.
- Experience in Visa Process.
- English language
**Responsibilities**
- Can work under pressure.
- Forming and maintaining employee records.
- Updating databases internally, such as sick, annual and maternity leave.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
- Communicating with external partners.
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
- Preparing LPO'S and Quotations.
- Having Coordinating skills.
- Handling Government Portals.
- Willing to undergo training in Dubai.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
