The Office Manager / Executive Secretary should be a male Arab professional due to business need of the Board of Directors and work circumstances. The Company is based in Industrial Area 4, and the job duties are as follows:

- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including decent and professional reception of visitors, arranging appointments, writing reports and memos.
- Coordinate and communicate the duties and tasks required between the board members and the leadership team, accurately and professionally. Follow up on accomplishment of the same.
- Support the Board of Directors in managing the work cycle around the company, organizing meetings, prioritizing task, reminding the Board of the Top Important and Urgent issues, facilitating their role.
- Representing the Board members, when needed, before some government entities, visitors and VIPs.
- Communicate with all company members, as per Board members directions and instructions, in a professional and decent way, that would achieve what is needed in a timely and clear manner.
- Follow up on internal and external issues, observing deadlines, and adhering to the best delivery of the tasks required.
- Manage the Board of Directors offices, requesting supplies, organizing events, setting and preparing for the meeting room as per Members commitments.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in any relevant specialization.
- Proven work experience working as Office Manager or Executive Secretary for a period of at least 5-7 years, in a C-Level Office.
- Self confidence and clear communication in both Arabic and English.
- Charismatic
- High computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
- Multitasking and work under pressure
- Hard worker
- Accuracy and Efficiency
- Excellent attitude.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
