Job Description:
As the HR cum Office Manager at Helen and Sons Consultancy FZC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while also managing human resources functions. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can handle a diverse set of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Human Resources Management:
- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and company objectives.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
- Address employee relations issues and conflicts, providing timely resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, tracking expenditures and optimizing cost-saving opportunities.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership and support as needed.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate office events and activities, fostering a sense of community and engagement among employees.
- Handle correspondence, inquiries, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Compliance and Legal:
- Stay updated on UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance in all HR and office management activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee files, contracts, and other legal requirements.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to address any legal or compliance issues.
