**ROLE SUMMARY**

Ensuring that all visitors, clients and telephone callers have a positive impression of the company and are treated courteously and that all calls are answered professionally and promptly. To organise meetings and handle meeting rooms schedule accurately and promptly on a daily basis. Carry out general administrative duties, petty case handling, invoice of POs, AX system knowledge would be a plus

**ROLE PROFILE**
- Meeting and greeting all visitors and organise meetings and handle meeting rooms schedule
- Handling petty cash
- Carry out general administrative duties,
- Creating Purchase orders for invoices
- Good English Communication skills

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have a pleasing personality and positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good English Communication skills
- Should be a high school graduate
