**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation, execution, of new and renewal of lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of lease documents, including tenant information, lease terms, and rental payments.
- Coordinate lease documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenants regarding leasing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Address tenant issues promptly and effectively, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with property management teams to resolve tenant complaints and maintenance requests efficiently.
- Provide administrative assistance to leasing manager and executives, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain leasing databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tenancy laws, and company policies in all leasing activities.
- Prepare and process lease-related documentation, such as rental contracts, addendums, and notices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leasing administration or property management, preferably within the UAE real estate market.
- Strong understanding of leasing laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, property owners, and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
