Now we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven **Head of Partner Sales** who will join our team for achieving growth and strengthening connections with current and potential partners.

**What you will do**:

- Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with our strategic goals.
- Develop relationships at a senior level with both existing and potential partner organisations (investment funds, launchpads, crypto exchanges etc.)
- **Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships.**
- Participate in TOP Fintech/Blockchain conferences all over the world
- Research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects
- Train the sales team to work effectively with agents**To join us you need to**:

- Have **2-3 years experience as **Head of Partners Sales, Head of Partnerships **in crypto/web3**:

- Fluent **English** speaker, as 90% of our clients are English - speaking
- Have personal connections in the industry
- Strong leadership and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Excellent written and presentation skills, including the ability to engage at CEO level.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective networking and negotiation.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
- Ability to contribute to the company's success and innovation
