**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- The Partner Student Recruitment Team will achieve new student enrolment and profit goals for their portfolio of Study Group International Study Centres. They will achieve this by developing sales strategies for the centres in conjunction with the wider Study Group sales organisation to grow student volumes globally.
- This role will focus on the Brand Enablement of our products through our agent network, University partners, and digital channels, working closely with the relevant sales, marketing, admissions, conversion and delivery teams, to meet recruitment targets.
- The role holder will work closely with our university partners’ recruitment function to deliver joint activities in a range of markets, provide market insights, and support the development of new and innovative products.
- The role will include significant interaction with the channel teams, as well as with agents, students, and parents in the assigned territory.

**ABOUT YOU**
- In conjunction with a range of stakeholders across centralised and regional sales teams including but not limited to Heads of Partner Student Recruitment, Regional Directors, Education Recruitment Directors, Partner Sales Managers and Recruitment Managers develop and deliver sales strategies and plans to ensure the delivery of student volume, diversity and revenue targets including effective pipeline management activity across a set of defined source markets for an agreed portfolio of centres.
- Identify short-term tactical actions to drive new student enrolments.
- Accountable for enablement activities in the market by delivering product education and training across the regional sales team, agents, academic partners, and digital network.
- Represent centre/brand at exhibitions and recruitment events.
- Maintain Relationships with centre directors, admissions managers, product, and consumer marketing in order to ensure close alignment and achieve the centre targets.
- Own the go to market plans for relevant products, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead on the planning and execution of collaborative recruitment activities (as detailed in the go to market plan) with University Partners.
- Attend regular university facing recruitment and marketing meetings.
- Act as first point of contact for university regional recruitment teams.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Nonessential; Degree preferable
- Track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
- A good understanding of the international education market
- Experience of working in an international corporate/matrix environment
- Experience of working with a CRM and using data/reporting to drive decision making
- Fluency in English and preferably Arabic
- Experience in successfully executing conversion and sales strategies.
- A strong collaborator who develops effective relationships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders whilst also being able to hold others to account for delivery.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and is able to develop creative solutions or adapt to changing circumstances to ensure the delivery of planned outcomes.
