HR Executive

**HR Manager with 10 Years Experience in Construction Field**
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to managers and employees.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE, labor laws and company policies.
- Process payroll, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
- Manage various types of insurances, such as medical, third-party liability, and fidelity insurance.
- Handle routine HR inquiries and provide employees with relevant information.
- Ministry of Interior works (UAE)
- Calculate End of Service (Gratuity Benefits) for staff.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Manage PRO work schedules.
- Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently implemented (employee handbook, standard operation procedures, uniform procedures, working hours, staff lockers and the staff room procedures )
Bachelor's Degree with accounting knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently on assigned duties
Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
