- Knowledge of Quickbooks in bonus
You will be required to
- Keep all accounts balance
- Manage petty cash for daily exp
- Double checking items bought
- Filing and storing receipts
- Keeping invoices of orders in check
- Creating Monthly Reports
- Generating Monthly Salaries
- Attendance Record Keeping
- Keeping Track of Employee VISA
- Writing Job Descriptions
- Hiring and Firing when asked to
