**Job Title: PA to CEO cum Receptionist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the CEO with the day-to-day tasks.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage the reception area, including answering and directing phone calls, and responding to inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the company.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee gatherings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to CEO, cum Receptionist, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
