Job Title:
PA to CEO cum Receptionist


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO with the daytoday tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings and manage conference room bookings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
  • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage the reception area, including answering and directing phone calls, and responding to inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the company.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliation.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee gatherings.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to CEO, cum Receptionist, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Customer serviceoriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.

Pay:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
