Job description
Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in the timely management of communications
Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
Manage and coordinate travel for business arrangements.
Act as point of contact with clients, internal staff and other business contacts
Organisation of corporate & company management meetings and events
Greet and check-in clients and other guests for meetings and events
Overseeing office management ensuring the CEO's high standards are maintained
Carry out specific projects, research and administration as required by the CEO
Processing CEO's business expenses and other administrative items
Maintaining confidentiality in all matters related to the CEO
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years experience as PA to CEO in UAE
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic is preferred
Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks.
Ability to resolve complex administrative problems independently and perform tasks that are diverse and advanced.
