**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Channel Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This mid-senior level position will focus on developing and nurturing channel partnerships with resellers and integration partners to drive revenue growth for our Focal product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to identify, recruit, and manage channel partners across the GCC region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities and channel performance.
- Provide training and support to partners on our financial crime and compliance solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report on channel revenue growth and partner performance metrics.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align channel initiatives with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications Required**:

- 7-10 years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or related roles, preferably within the financial services or compliance sector.
- Strong understanding of financial crime, risk and compliance, KYC, and AML regulations.
- ACAMS certification or working towards obtaining it is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to travel regionally and frequently; and participate in company events.
