Introduction

Bühler Group in Dubai, UAE is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Channel Partner Development Manager for Middle East, Africa, and India region. This position will be responsible for developing our existing channel partner network and onboard new partners, enhancing collaboration, and implement a concrete channel partner development strategy to support our commercial endeavors within the region.

Tasks
- Network Expansion: Collaborate with regional teams to grow our network of channel partners, focusing on strategic alignment and mutual growth.
- Partner Development: Manage existing channel partnerships, identifying and seamlessly integrating new partners. Lead the partner onboarding process, including documentation and management.
- Program Development: Design and execute comprehensive programs for partners that encompass training, marketing support, pricing and incentive strategies to drive performance.
- Compliance and Satisfaction: Monitor partner agreements and rewards programs to ensure adherence to terms and to foster partner satisfaction and success.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market research to identify new business opportunities, potential for expansion, customer trends, and partnership prospects.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market potential, devise product and market development strategies.
- Partner Performance Management: Manage sales KPI reporting and address channel conflicts. Compile and present detailed reports on partner performance and opportunities for growth.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years in sales channel development role, including minimum of 3 years in a senior management.
- Strong working knowledge of the Middle East, Africa, and India region.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French or Arabic is a strong plus.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic planning and execution within a dynamic business environment.
