**Our client**:
Our client are looking for a Head of Sales and Leasing (secondary market) to join their team in Dubai, UAE.

As the Head of Secondary Sales and Leasing, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving secondary market sales and leasing activities, managing a team of agents, and developing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and leasing strategies for secondary market properties, aligned with company objectives and market trends.

**Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and leasing professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

**Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and optimize pricing strategies.

**Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Transaction Management**: Oversee the entire sales and leasing process, from property listing to closing, ensuring timely execution and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

**Performance Monitoring**: Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, analyse sales data, and identify areas for improvement.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

**Continuous Improvement**: Stay up to date of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve processes and enhance service delivery.

**Your Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing in the UAE market, (with a proven track record of success in secondary market transactions

Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role would be highly preferred

In-depth knowledge of local UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and practices

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills

Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage both buyer and seller

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Valid RERA real estate license
