The Executive Assistant will also actas a key point of contact and facilitator of communication betweenthe Chairman and various internal and externalstakeholders.

Requirements Qualifications:
Experience:
- Provenexperience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrativerole supporting highlevel executives or seniormanagement.
Education:
- ABachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or arelated field ispreferred.
Skills:
- Exceptionalorganizational and time managementabilities.
- Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Proficiency inoffice software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and calendarmanagement tools.
- Excellent commandof English with proficiency in Arabic and possibly French being anadvantage.
Attributes:
- Highlevel of discretion professionalism andreliability.
- Ability to workeffectively under pressure while managing multiplepriorities.

- The ExecutiveAssistant may be required to work flexible hours based on theChairmans schedule including evenings andweekends.
