Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Chairman/CEO.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Preparing research and presentations on new technologies.
  • Managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Booking and arranging international travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Drafting, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Collaborating with staff, suppliers and clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English, preferably native.
  • Demonstrated experience in an EA role for a Chairman/CEO.
  • Exemplary travel booking & management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated planning and time management skills.
  • An ability to interact with Board Members, Executives and Clients.
  • A solid knowledge of standard MS Office and related business and communication tools.
