CEO and Chairman Support

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CEO and Chairman Support professional to provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO & Chairman at IMPETUS EXECUTIVE SEARCH.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and placing orders as needed.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments with prospects, optimizing the engagement process.
- Providing critical day-to-day support to the GM & Chairman, including scheduling, travel arrangements, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Managing the reception area, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees.
- Managing office facilities and liaising with building management.
- Ensuring office policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3+ years of experience in office management (required).
- 2+ years of experience in assisting CxO.
- Solid presentation and PowerPoint skills.
- Additional advanced language skills are preferable.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and composure.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
