Job Description

  • Senior account managers typically manage a portfolio of accounts and are responsible for building strong client relationships
  • developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Responsible for all Sales functions, including Promotions and Key account sales.
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and holding responsibility for the effective boarding of new clients.
  • Generate business through Corporate and SME's.
  • Promotion of Add on Sales and improvements to customer service.
  • Giving Business solutions which includes selling Post-Paid connections, Broadband services and Landline connections to SME's and Large enterprises.
  • Maintaining long term relations with clients and maximizing sales opportunities with them.
