**Описание вакансии**
- Обеспечить полное управление счетом для назначенных корпоративных клиентов, чтобы поддерживать и развивать новые бизнес-возможности для отеля, таким образом, увеличивая долю рынка существующих клиентов для достижения запланированных показателей.
- Завершить внедрение и далее поддерживать ключевой процесс управления клиентами компании.
- Сформулировать стратегию для бизнеса с длительным пребыванием в апартаментах и поддерживать отношения с ключевыми риэлторами.
- Достигнуть установленных показателей доходов и целей для нового и существующего бизнеса, их соответствующим образом прописанных в плане деятельности по продажам.
- Произвести исследование, например, через телефонные продажи или выходы на улицу, чтобы определить новые потенциальные клиенты. Идентифицировать и создавать продажные лиды для развития бизнеса из всех доступных каналов (исследования, конкурентные чтения, предложения бизнеса, базы данных, прямая почта, встречи с клиентами, поездки для заручения поддержки).
- Идентифицировать новых корпоративных клиентов для максимизации продаж. Произвести картографирование местности для максимизации потенциала местных корпоративных продаж.
- Поддерживать записи клиентов, используя системы продаж компании. Предоставлять еженедельные и ежемесячные отчеты о деятельности через эти системы.
- Помочь в осуществлении всех продаж на развитие новых и существующих клиентов на уровне отеля и на национальном уровне с утвержденным бюджетом на расходы.
- Плотно контролировать значения доходов и продуктивность бизнеса по всем выбранным счетам.
- Поддерживать высокий уровень присутствия отеля на рынке в основных сегментах через прямые продажи, телефон, факс и письменные коммуникации.
