Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Establish and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve maximum sales growth and market share.
- Market Research and Analysis: Maintain current market information on pricing, market share, and competitors' activity.
- Product Knowledge and Support: Stay updated with product specifications and liaise with manufacturers to provide technical support.
- Inventory Management: Recommend stock orders based on market demand to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Client Support and Service: Ensure maximum client satisfaction by coordinating with the Service and Spare Parts Department.
- Warranty and Maintenance: Assist in warranty-related issues and negotiate with principals for mutually beneficial decisions.
- After-Sales Support: Advise clients on after-purchase maintenance contracts.
- Reporting and Communication: Report weekly visits, quotation status, and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in the same industry
- Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, technical knowledge, ability to analyze and synthesize information promptly, team player, articulate personality, computer literacy, and proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
- License: UAE driving license is required
**Preferred Qualifications:** Diploma holder with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the automobile industry, experience in selling and marketing branded products, computer literacy, good communication skills in English and Arabic, and age not more than 35 years.
