We're Hiring Coordinators for an International Summit in Dubai

The Event for will run for 1 month with a possibility to extend.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing planning and development of the Visitor Information Centre concept of operations, accessibility and operational plan for accessibility services
  • Assist in ensuring that all procedures and operational plans are updated and that the teams are operating as per their responsibilities
  • Able to integrate and train in the different systems that are used in the Visitor Information Centre
  • Support in the development of specific service training for Visitor Information Centre staff
  • Develop operational content including guides, flowcharts, reports and forms related to each specific service operating in the Visitor Information Centre
  • Align Visitor Information Centre operations with the Call Centre
  • Manage the Visitor Information Centre operations efficiently, providing high quality services
  • Work closely with Transportation, Ticketing, Logistics and Security to ensure the plans are aligned and wellcoordinated

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 1 month

Salary:
AED7,500.00 per month
