Position Overview: The International Trade Coordinator is an entry-level role designed for those aspiring to build a career in global commerce. The coordinator will engage in a structured training program, mastering essential skills and knowledge required for success in the field. Responsibilities include participating in training sessions, completing assignments, and developing proficiency in various trade-related tasks.

Compensation: Competitive salary package commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in comprehensive training activities, both in classroom settings and practical applications.
  • Prepare reports and complete all required documentation accurately.
  • Participate in physical training and team-building exercises to foster collaboration.
  • Develop an understanding of community-based trade practices and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a combination of experience and training that demonstrates the necessary knowledge and abilities. Candidates must be at least 20 years old at the time of application and possess a valid driver's license. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional coursework in business administration or international trade highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of customer service principles, modern office practices, and basic mathematics is essential. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and establish positive working relationships.

Physical Demands: The role may require physical activities, including participation in training exercises and the ability to perform tasks that require agility and endurance.
