Position Summary
Oversee the management of room assignments, verify the status of guest accommodations, identify discrepancies, prioritize cleaning tasks, and update the status of rooms vacated by departing guests. Assist the Housekeeping leadership in coordinating daily operations. Serve as a liaison to synchronize the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments. Document and address issues related to room discrepancies in collaboration with the Front Desk. Prepare and distribute room assignments to the Housekeeping team. Maintain, monitor, and update the list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms.

Ensure that unoccupied dirty rooms are cleaned promptly and assign priority to rush rooms and those previously marked as 'Do Not Disturb'.

Complete all necessary Housekeeping documentation.


Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance; uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; express gratitude to guests with genuine appreciation. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.

Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team in achieving common objectives; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees.

Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and thoroughly. Utilize computers to enter and locate work-related information. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification:
None
