Your role andresponsibilities

In this role you willbe responsible for developing and implementing account plans andstatements of Work (SoW) growth actions. You will design andexecute strategic business plans that drive profitable growth andmeet both shortterm and longterm HUB growth and organizationaldevelopment targets. The work model for this role (onsite) Thisrole is contributing to Process Automation Business Area based inAbu Dhabi UAE. You will be mainly accountable for: Leading thedevelopment and implementation of the account plan and SoW growthactions. Designing and implementing a strategic business planexpanding the partnership. Understanding key business driversincluding emerging risks (e.g. sustainability digitalcybersecurity) and interpreting impacts and opportunities for ABB.Participating in developing sales strategies by providing insightsinto the customers current and longterm plans. Defining andproposing sales targets for the account ensuring their achievementthrough structured followup across divisions and countries. Sellingproducts solutions and services to customers focusing on volume mixand profitability targets. Ensuring a coordinated sales approachadding value for both the customer and ABB. Monitoring competitorsactivities and formulating appropriate response strategies.Providing input on market price developments. Driving theapplication of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools(e.g. Salesforce account plans).

Qualifications for therole

  • Bachelorsdegree in engineering
  • 10 Years of experience inAccount Management within Energyindustry
  • Experience in portfolio managementbusiness strategy and marketintelligence.
  • Strong understanding ofgotomarket strategies and customer experiencesuccess.
  • Knowledge of regulation and legalcompliance pricing excellence and budget and performancetargets.
  • Expertise in account managementbusiness development and salesenablement.
  • Familiarity with general salespractices solution/application sales engineering and channelsales.
  • Proficiency in contract and riskmanagement.
  • Excellent leadership andcollaboration skills.
  • Commitment to ABBs corevalues safety and integrity standards.
  • Arabicspeaking language essential for stakeholdersmanagement.
