Role Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to regularly track insights and performance related to identified strategic accounts in each market which contribute to 80% of the NFV (non food vertical) business. This person will will be responsible for closely monitoring performance across commercial/operations/customer/profitability metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, & operational excellence and developing strategies to maximize the potential for strategic accounts in each market.
What's on your plate?- Identify opportunities for growth & operational excellence from each of the Key Strategic Partners- Build weekly/monthly reports, track & communicate performance data- Guide and empower local key accounts managers with right data and insights- Define performance targets, improvements and insights for key accounts- Conduct an in-depth deep dive on key account for assortment, affordability, operations and other commercial levers to identify the levers to improve - this role has direct revenue and operational impact for NFV (non food vertical)- Collaborate with different teams across the organization, communicate with stakeholders, analyze data, derive insights and make recommendations for improvements- Establish insights to impact regional commercial and operations project planning as well as roadmap- Responsible for addressing a range of common problems and complex issues related to growth and operational excellence- Proactively identify issues and challenges faced by strategic accounts and develop innovative solutions along with regional and local stakeholders- Collaborate with internal teams to address any operational or performance-related issues affecting strategic accounts- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion through enhanced performance and strategic initiatives for strategic accounts- Maximize the value and profitability of strategic accounts by identifying growth opportunities and developing tailored strategies for operational excellence- Contribute to the overall success of the business by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
What did we order?- Ideal experience is from FMCG or Grocery Retail and ideally in data analytics or performance management roles- Familiarity with analytics and reporting, working with spreadsheets, excel and performance dashboards- Good business acumen and ability to prioritize- Will need to demonstrate both proactive and reactive problem-solving skills- Solid interpersonal and communication skills - It requires the person to have collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different markets.
