Requirements
Candidate Profile: -Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus). -Proven experience in HR management, including leadership roles. -In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative. Should be a self-motivated and reliable individual. -Language: Required English and Arabic Proficiency -Gender: Doesn't matter -Age: 35 - 45 years -Work Experience: 8 years and minimum 2 years of proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
