Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Recruitment**:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
**2. **Operations**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation programs.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support in HR-related matters.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
**3. **Compliance**:
- Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations in the UAE to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
- Support the HR Manager in maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.
**4. **Reporting**:
- Prepare and generate regular HR reports as required by management.
- Assist in analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant with a focus on recruitment and operations, preferably in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
