**Job Summary**:
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the HR department in various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Officer will work closely with department managers to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and induction programs.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote a positive work environment through regular employee engagement activities.
- **Performance Management**:
- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance appraisals.
- Track and document employee performance and development plans.
- **Training and Development**:
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Assist in the development of career development plans for employees.
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:
- Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll changes, benefits enrollment, and other related tasks.
- Provide information to employees about compensation, benefits, and any changes to their packages
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
