**Female HR Officer/Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Address and resolve workplace issues and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- **Compliance & Policy Management**: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee the performance management process, including setting up performance appraisals, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.
- **Training & Development**: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- **Compensation & Benefits**: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. Ensure competitive compensation structures and manage salary reviews and adjustments.
- **HR Analytics & Reporting**: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
- **Employee Engagement**: Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale and engagement. Organize company events and initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- **HR Projects**: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
