Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales professional to join team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding specifically in air and sea freight and a proven track record in sales. As a Senior Sales you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectivesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the air and sea freight industryMaintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our servicesConduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitorsPrepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clientsCollaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to clientsMonitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvementRepresent the company at industry events and networking opportunitiesMentor and train junior sales team membersRequirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related fieldMinimum of 4 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industryStrong understanding of air and sea freight processes and regulationsProven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholdersStrong organizational and timemanagement skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel for business purposesValid drivers license and own transportationWe Offer:Salary AED 10K15K commissionMedical insurance VisaProfessional development and training opportunitiesSupportive and dynamic work environmentOpportunity for career growth and advancement within the companyIf you are a driven and resultsoriented sales professional with experience in air and sea freight we would love to hear from you.
