Do you thrive on building relationships and securing collaborations with major players in the real estate industry? Are you passionate about spearheading complex development projects in the GCC region? If so, we are seeking a driven and experienced Strategic Development and Partnerships Director to lead our efforts in securing strategic collaborations with prominent real estate development companies in the GCC region, similar to Aldar and Emaar. You will play a pivotal role in identifying potential project opportunities, fostering relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating mutually beneficial partnerships.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential development projects and partnership opportunities in the GCC regionBuild strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers at major development companies like Aldar and EmaarDevelop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of our collaborative projectsFacilitate and lead complex negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements for project developmentOversee due diligence processes and manage the development phase of partnered projectsFoster close collaboration and communication between our company and partner organizationsStay updated on market trends, regulations, and opportunities in the GCC real estate marketRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatheringsRequirementsMinimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a prominent real estate development company in the GCC regionProven track record of successfully securing and managing partnerships with major real estate developersStrong understanding of the GCC real estate market, including legal, regulatory, and cultural nuancesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-level executivesDemonstrated negotiation and deal structuring expertiseStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in project management methodologies and best practicesFluency in English and Arabic is highly preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on high-profile projects with significant impactDynamic and entrepreneurial work environmentProfessional development opportunities
