Oversee daily operationsduring the shift to ensure smooth functioning of alldepartments.

Overseeinventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary suppliesand resources foroperations.

Ensureresources are used efficiently to minimize wastage andcosts.

Ensure healthand safety standards are adhered to at alltimes.

Conduct routineinspections to identify potential hazards and take correctiveactions wherenecessary.

Ensureemergency protocols are followed during incidents oremergencies.

Manage theshift schedule ensuring that staffing levels are appropriate forthe demands of theshift.

Oversee staffhandovers to ensure that all relevant information is passed betweenshifts.

Provideguidance and support to new and existingstaff.

Assist intraining and development of staff to improve performance andoperationalknowledge.

Requirements

QualificationsandSkills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree in businesshospitality or related fieldpreferred).

Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial rolepreferably in an operationsrelatedposition.

Skills:

o Strong leadership and teammanagementskills.

o Excellent communication andinterpersonalabilities.

o Good problemsolving anddecisionmakingskills.

o Ability to work underpressure and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.

o Strong customer serviceorientation.
