  • To be the main point of guestcontact 24 hours.
  • Monitor all night arrivalsensuring all requests are carried out smoothly.  Ensureall reservations are honoured or dealt with as quickly and smoothlyas possible. Deal with VIP roominspections/arrivals/departures.
  • Ensure allissues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow upis completed on a timely basis.
  • Complete thenight audit in line with the standards and procedures of the resortfor night manager.
  • Submit housekeeping andcleaning requests as required.
  • Ensure all teammember  are up to date with current facts of the hotelproducts and services including room types rates relatives andfacilities food and beverage outlets spa and healthclub.
  • Attend training sessions asrequired.

Qualifications:

  • A degree ordiploma in Hotel Management orequivalent
  • Luxury hospitality experience of 24years in related field or Minimum of 2 years experience in the samerole.
  • An indepth knowledge of the hotel leisureor service sector
  • Excellent communication andleadership skills.
  • Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotelmanagement software.
  • Have a genuine passion forpeople and theindustry
