Role Overview:

  • Oversee a designated portfolio of key corporate accounts to ensure client retention and optimize the performance of the account portfolio.
  • Assist the Regional Manager in developing sales strategies and achieving performance targets to ensure profitability and revenue growth for corporate clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all clients to foster effective account management.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients through effective prospecting techniques, including outreach initiatives.
  • Enhance customer relationships to improve profit margins and service penetration.
  • Plan and execute strategies for customer retention and relationship enhancement.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and strategies within the sales and marketing division.
  • Maintain accurate administration and reporting systems as required by management.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounts and collections team to minimize outstanding debts.
  • Uphold and enhance the corporate image and reputation while protecting and promoting the company’s brand through appropriate public relations activities.
  • Prepare regular reports to assist in strategic planning for business acquisition and to identify future trends.
  • Provide essential data to the marketing team to support future campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve all sales revenue and profit targets for leasing and rental services.
  • Increase awareness of Precision Hire Solution within the local corporate community.
  • Engage actively with key local networking groups.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in developing a prospect database and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Consultative sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Prior experience with high-profile organizations.
  • Proven ability to sell through multiple decision-making levels.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented with a track record of fostering cross-business collaboration.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed challenging targets.
  • Market awareness and understanding of customer and competitor challenges.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Arabic language skills are a distinct advantage.
  • Background in sales and business development.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
