Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer value propositions for a selection of online retailers, taking full responsibility for comprehensive account management of eCommerce partners in the MENA region.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor joint business strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, activating monthly priorities set by the marketing department while adhering to the retailers' activity schedule.
  • Negotiate annual trade agreements and plans within established parameters.
  • Assist in fostering eCommerce and digital capabilities throughout the organization, ensuring you remain informed about the latest trends and industry standards in eCommerce.
  • Collaborate with other Key Account team members, Trade Marketing, and the Digital Team to exchange insights and knowledge.
Your Contribution to Our Success

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled account manager seeking to advance their career in eCommerce. You will become part of the LEGO MEA B2B eCommerce Team in our Dubai office, working closely with colleagues across two locations to develop the eCommerce business in the region. Within the eCommerce team, you will collaborate with the Retail Marketing Manager and the eMerchandiser to achieve the joint business objectives of our eCommerce partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in eCommerce with a strong background in sales.
  • A track record of delivering outstanding business results and demonstrating high accountability.
  • Effective relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with experience in managing trade agreements.
  • A balance of short-term results orientation and long-term strategic planning.
  • Previous experience in the Middle East and familiarity with major eCommerce platforms.
