SOFITEL is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Strategy
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep SOFITEL a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.
Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain customer accounts to drive business into SOFITEL and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.
Negotiation and SalesNegotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
Customer ServicePromptly respond to customer queries in a professional manner, maintaining high level standards of service and client relationships.
Account DevelopmentDevelop high yield accounts according to the sales segmentation.
Sales TargetsAchieve sales target set by hotel.
Sales Calls and MeetingsConduct sales calls to existing and prospective accounts as per areas assigned by DOS.
Sales Database ManagementMaintain all sales activities and account information in the Sales Database.
Industry RelationsMaintain a high profile within the travel industry and foster relationships with accounts in the Market.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare weekly/monthly reports as requested by the Director of Sales.
Account TrackingEnsure companies of which you are responsible are being tracked in accordance with their room night targets on a monthly basis and report as per the guidelines set out by the DOS.
Team CollaborationAttend weekly sales meetings with the DOS.
Site Inspections and FamiliarizationConduct site inspections and host familiarization visits when required.
Performance ReviewAttend monthly review meetings with DOS to discuss results versus goals in the annual sales call plan and company sales strategy.
Flexibility and AdaptabilityBe flexible to carry out other duties and assignments as requested by the DOS.
