  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Lead the team in implementing e-Tools to improve customer interactions and sales efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance sales conversion rates and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to CRM KPIs and data accuracy within the system.
  • Oversee service delivery to customers, resolving issues promptly through collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
