We are looking to hire a Global Account Manager in a newly created position.
In this role, you'll play a key part in managing a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts and expanding TEC's network of global clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders, helping to drive their global expansion and office requirements across the APAC and Middle East regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building New Accounts:
- Identify and target potential MNCs and Corporate Occupiers to create new business opportunities for TEC.
- Collaborate with the local Business Development (BD) team to identify promising prospects from the existing sales pipeline.
- Leverage established broker and agent channels to approach Corporate Occupiers.
- Represent TEC at industry networking events to grow the lead pipeline.
- Managing and Growing Accounts:
- Cultivate strong relationships with your portfolio of Global Accounts, engaging with key stakeholders to align on TEC's network, industry trends, and market insights.
- Partner with the TEC HQ Expansion Team to identify opportunities for growth within the APAC region and beyond.
- Understand client needs and support them in sourcing and negotiating new office spaces as TEC's network expands.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all client communications, ensuring smooth and efficient interactions across the network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure member satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- A background in commercial real estate is highly preferred.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a sales-driven, ideally within account management or business development.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships at the executive level.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to drive account growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients and partners.
