Join our team at Accor and take on a challenging role as a Cluster Reservation Agent. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for managing room reservations, ensuring accurate billing instructions, and maximizing room revenue through effective upselling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage room reservations, including blocking and booking policies, to ensure accurate billing instructions.
  • Maximize room revenue through effective upselling techniques, including converting telephone calls into sales.
  • Utilize effective upselling techniques to increase revenue and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities whenever required.
  • Understand and apply revenue management strategies, including sell levels and sell directed rates, to offer the right product to the right customer at the right time.
  • Complete understanding and effective execution of current and new revenue management tools, including Opera PMS/S&C.
  • Support the Cluster Reservation Manager with ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous reservation or Royal Service-related experience required.
  • Previous Opera Property Manager System experience required.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Arabic is required.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
  • Luxury hotel sales experience, having had varied market mix experience.
